  We had an appointment Friday, August 4th at 10:00 am. Time came and left and no one showed up. My husband called and Robert stated that we didn't have an appointment, however he will contact Jose (which is the person we made the appointment with) to check what happen and have Jose call us back. I called back at 2 pm for an explanation for the missing appointment and my dissatisfaction of their lack of professionalism and customer service. Robert responded with "Jose has an emergency in his house. He has a leak and the last thing he is thinking of is your garage floor". I guess the last thing I'm thinking of is their business. Good luck!
